GROUP CLASSES
By far our most popular option. 50-Minute group classes are grouped into 5-6 week long courses which take place at a variety of locations and times on the North Coast of Northern Ireland. Group classes have restricted numbers to allow for individual adjustment and guidance. Classes include modifications to make the exercises easier or more difficult, to accommodate ALL levels of ability. Classes start at a low level and are developed weekly in a staged approach. Best of all, our classes foster a sense of fun, community and wellbeing. Mats and all other equipment needed for the class are provided. Just bring your banter!
